  • I am a first-generation college student and paid for college by working various jobs, including: lumber yard stocker, home center associate (carpeting sales), forklift operator, manufacturing plant operator, parking lot attendant, undergraduate academic tutor, graduate teaching assistant, and graduate research assistant.

  • I enjoy spending time with my wife and young adult children.

  • I am active in extensive DIY vehicle repair and household (homestead) repairs and improvements, as well as learning new skills.
